SERVICES TO YOU

To process transactions.  Agrian may use financial/credit card and payment information to accept online payments of license or contract fees.  Agrian may need to share some of this information with delivery services, credit card clearing houses and other similarly situated third parties to complete the transaction.

Agrian collects, retains and uses non-user specific information on agricultural crops, crop protection chemicals, regional use, and other agricultural data in blind, collated, assembled or bundled reports. Agrian can provide user specific information on agricultural crops, crop protection chemicals, regional use, and other agricultural data, but only with your, or your representatives express consent.

 

 

To comply with legal requirements.  Agrian may be required to disclose your personal information in order to comply with legally mandated reporting or disclosure requirements (such as responding to a valid subpoena, warrant, audit, or agency action, or to prevent fraud).  Agrian will use reasonable efforts to limit the personal information it provides for this purpose.  We may also disclose information if appropriate to protect our applications, website or our legal rights.
